The Special Award

Criteria

This award is open to employees, initiatives, inventions, campaigns and groups of people connected to education foodservice in Scotland. It seeks to recognise individuals or entities that have been instrumental in improving life for staff and children in schools across Scotland.

Please Note:

– Boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields and must be completed to submit the entry
– ALL text boxes must be completed. If a certain requirement is not applicable, please indicate “N/A” in the respective box.
– Only links to the entrant’s own website will be counted. No third party web links are permitted.

– Maximum combined size of all attached files: 8mb per nomination.
