Criteria

Open to all schools in Scotland, this award acknowledges and celebrates the team behind a dedicated initiative, project, fundraising challenge or long-term campaign involving pupils, staff, parents and/or stakeholders for the benefit of the wider community. The initiative, if a one-off, should be no more than three years old at the time of nomination. Long-term arrangements or partnerships are permitted but the nomination should be based on efforts within the last three years.
Please Note:

– Boxes marked with an asterisk (*) are required fields and must be completed to submit the entry
– ALL text boxes must be completed. If a certain requirement is not applicable, please indicate “N/A” in the respective box.
– Only links to the entrant’s own website will be counted. No third party web links are permitted.
– Attachments may be sent by clicking the “Select Files” button at the end of this form.
– Maximum combined size of all attached files: 8mb per nomination.
