Terms and Conditions of Booking

• All places or tables should be paid for in full prior to the event. We regret that no tickets can be issued until payment has been received in full.
• Places or tables cancelled in writing between 15-30 days in advance of the event will receive a 50% refund.
• We regret that no refunds can be offered for cancellations on tickets ordered within 14 days of the event.
• We would respectfully remind guests that a place or table reservation at Scottish School Food Awards constitutes a contract between themselves and Claymore Events Ltd.
• The organisers accept no liability for loss or damage to guests’ property, however caused.
• Vehicles and the contents thereof are parked at the venue by guests at their own risk.
